When it comes to servicing a true Industrial facility, you'll find that each VNA member distributor meets the following baseline criteria:

  • Has a quality process in place
  • Maintain the depth and breadth of inventory to service an MRO contract
  • Meet Industry fill ratios on all stock items
  • Adhere to minimum criteria on delivery for in-stock material and defined non-stock items set forth in the contract
  • Make the investments necessary to fulfill contract obligations
  • Provide top notch local service
  • Perform value-added services to contract specification and needs
  • Have dedicated sales and technical support personnel assigned by name to the account
  • Possess EDI capability
  • Demonstrate experience or significant single discipline system contract experience with large MRO customers
